Pre TRT men with Extremely Low E2 levels

Just wanted to report we are seeing a lot of these guys lately. When guys are borderline low or suppressed in the TT and FT range sometimes estrogen is out of range low.

They complain of the same symptoms of low T and have tons of trouble with fat loss.

We point this out because of all the recent literature showing estrogen deficiency can cause the same symptoms in men as a testosterone deficiency. It seems to be prevalent in men like testosterone deficiency.

It seems to generally explain why men with in range testosterone values still experience symptoms.

Just thought we would share :D

Mine was too low to register on the regular LabCorp test pre-TRT. It's was still not reading at 100mg week (TT ~500). It finally came up to 24 on HCG and 200/week. Seems like it's been creeping up ever since.

Do you think a guy's body might just stop making the aromatase enzyme after being hypo for a long time?

I sure felt like shit and have always wondered how much was due to the low E2, especially the joint issues.

Yes we sure do. I would imagine the body would stop converting T to E2 if it did not have adequate T. Sounds like a lot of it was due to E2 especially the joint issues.

I always suspected that the body was compensating for too much estrogen likely due to obesity and high levels of aromatization. Put out less LH to get less testosterone and the estrogen comes down. It seems common to see low TT and low E2 in guys with Secondary Hypogonadism. Borderline obviously gets trickier...

Coming from someone that aromatizes like a bitch - that sounds like a god send haha. How do I force my body to do this without feeling like shit?? Lol.

If it wasn't too bad I would imagine lowering aromatase would be a great thing... Imagine sitting on 1000ng/dl or ther abouts and having e2 in range without needing an AI.. that'd be a miracle lol.
