Hey im doing this log to keep track of my weight fluctation and lifting stats. Im doing a 16 week cut and im already in week 2 soon 3.
Stats prior to cut was:
225 6,0 bodyfat unknown but i couldent see my abs yet id say 15-18%.
Cycle
Primo 600mg EW.
Testo 500 mg Ew.
w 1-16
Ai 0.5 mg e3d.
On sunday it will be 3 weeks since cycle started and my current stats are .
232 , smaller weist and slightly stronger .
Im doin Hiit 2 -4 x a week and ill try to get a jogging round of 30-40 minutes a week.
Im also considering throwing in some dbols for 3-4 weeks and than doing anavar all the way out, since im a lover of strenght .
