Primo/test cutting log

Hey im doing this log to keep track of my weight fluctation and lifting stats. Im doing a 16 week cut and im already in week 2 soon 3.
Stats prior to cut was:
225 6,0 bodyfat unknown but i couldent see my abs yet id say 15-18%.

Cycle
Primo 600mg EW.
Testo 500 mg Ew.
w 1-16
Ai 0.5 mg e3d.

On sunday it will be 3 weeks since cycle started and my current stats are .
232 , smaller weist and slightly stronger .
Im doin Hiit 2 -4 x a week and ill try to get a jogging round of 30-40 minutes a week.

Im also considering throwing in some dbols for 3-4 weeks and than doing anavar all the way out, since im a lover of strenght :P.
 
Since you are already making the investment on the primo I would raise the minimum dosage to 800mg/week on the primo and extend the primo test further than just 16 weeks. Go 20 if you can!

Anavar would be a nice addition to this cycle but I would leave the dbol out.

I am assuming you are at least several cycles deep

two shitty oral cycles, 1 test only and one test+ deca, tops 500 mg test ew not gone above that and deca was 300 mg ew.
The positive thing about this cycle is im using Gals i love them :>.
 
Shoulders / arms today

Db shoulder press with a paus for 1 sec: 6 x 6-10 reps, i pyramide up and then do some sets. Top set was 80 lbs.

Behind the neck presses 5-6 x 6-10

Leteral raises 5 x 6-10

Rear leteral raises 5 x 12

Biceps BB curl top set 110 x 8 , 6 x 6-10
Seated dumbell curl 5 x 6-10
Machine curl 6 x 6-10

Dumbell Skull crusher 6 x 6-10 top set 50 lbs dumbell.
Triceps Extension with cable 5 x 6-10
Overhead triceps extension with dumbel 4 x6-10
One arm dumbell ext 6 x 6-10.

Then abs for 20 mins and hiit.
Good workout it lasted aboud 90 minutes i do my sets with small rest on isolations and medium rest on compounds 1-2 mins.

Greate pump and strenght is ok not as strong as i was last cycle yet but it will come hopefully :p.
 
Chest/back

BBbench 6 set top set 245 x 7
supperseted with chin ups 6 x failure.
Db flyes 5 x 6-10 supperseted with Tbar 5 set rows top set 5 plates x 8.
Incline barbell press suppersetted with cable rows 5-6 set each.
Machine pull down 5 set .6-10
machine dips 6 set. 6-10
Stldl 5 set x 8
Pullovers 5 set x 8.

Abs + wrists.

im starting to see veins in my pecs ive never seen that and im still not lean feel weird :p.
 
My diet is

morning :5dl 1,5 % milk with 1 dl raw oats and 2 scoops of whey mix it up and 600 calories :>.

Meal 2 is 1 portion of rice and 150 g tuna fish with garlic and other vegetebales,
meal 3 1 portion of rice 200 grams of minced meat made into burgers 10% fat.
meal 4 2 scoops of whey and some green tea
meal 5 : pre sleep is 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites with 100 gram bacon. Some times i use turkey bacon and sometimes regular one becus i get sick of it . i hit around 2500 calories and i have two days a week i eat more.
 
interested in this, im also running primo. when do/did you start to notice it?

Ive noticed a slight strenght increase and more vascularity since week 2 im at week 3 , My recovery is also ALOT better. I dident do a frontload so the test shoud be kicking in by week 4-5. Also ive actully gained like 7 pound and my weist is smaller so thats good :>.
 
Thuesday was shoulders hit alot of sets on it went decent nothing specieal.

Today was arms/abs/wrists

BB biceps curls top set 135 x 5 6 set
Seated incline db curl 5 set
Cable stright bar curl 5 set

Close grip bp with 45 seconds rest top set 180 x 12 did the same weight for 5 set more they all landed from 6-12 reps .

Triceps extension on stright bar x 5 set

Machine dips 5 set

one arm triceps ext 4 set.

all around 8 reps per set if not stated .
 
was gona train legs yesterday but fever coming down look at my glute and its imflammated hate when that happends im prolly gona have to rest untill monday :<.
 
did chest and back yesterday i can feel the test kicking in my strenght is increasing and im getting better pumps. Today i did quads/shoulders and that allso went good !.
 
Yeah my theory is that i used Way to much alcohol to clean injektion site, or i hit a nerv since i injected more to the middle of glute.

concentration curl 35 x 8 x 5

Close grip bench top set 200 x 12 , did 6-7 set with 1 minut rest between.
example , 135 x 12 , 180 x 12 , 200 x 12 ,10, 8 ,6.
Triceps pushdown top set full stack x 5 5-6 set.
overhead extension 5 set
one arm dumbell extension 5 set .

abs ,forearms.

Good pump stamina is greate strenght is there and i feel good even on low calories, my muscles feel full and hard.
 
Chest / back today

Incline db press top set 100 x 8 , one arm dumbell row 100 x 8

decline bench press top 245 x 5, cg lat pulldown 225 x 4,
(top set)

inner back machine

machine flyes

4-6 set each 8-12 rep.

Decent workout im feeling a bit sluggish havent slept enough but my body is improving daily.
 
Ok guys the primo i Was using gave Me fever after my injections i was also getting inflammations so i has to Cut it out. I am doing test now and thinking about throwing in a low dose tren a for 6 weeks, either that or just do 5 weeks more of test with low dose dbol and go for post cycle therapy (pct) opinions . I've been on 6 weeks.
