Primobolan and Anavar cycle,pls help to decide

Very fortunate to find this forum! I'm from Ukraine and there's so little info on russian speaking forums about women use of AAS. So I'd be very thankfull you help me supergirl, Miss Muscle, Blondie_Bombshell, Mrs P. My weight is about 130lb and fat % is 25 maybe. It's my first use of AAS. Should i combine primo and Anavar (var) or start with one and continue with another or use just one of them? Want to add muscle and get lean and ripped. I'd stick to the 40\30\30 diet protocol of 1800 cal, should I add or minus some cals? As for training- basic movements 3 times per week high intensity 30-45 minutes. Waiting for advice, thank you!

I am also new to the AAS use, but to be on the sure side I would NOT combine primo and var. do one or the other. I have never used primo so I am not sure of the amounts which are safe to take.

I started with var. and start of with 10mg/day two weeks, then you can up it to 20mg/day for the rest of the cycle. I will be doing 10 weeks with the last week of tapering off (going back to 10mg/day).
I know that's a safe dosage, and it should not have many side effects. I would NOT ADVISE to go higher in dosage until you see how it is gonna affect you.

Also since its your first time it would be best not to stack (or combine 2 at a time).


as for the diet, it looks good. I do carb cycling lower carb 3 days (with more protein and good fat) then up carb one day (where you lower some protein and some fat). it is important to always eat at least minimum amount of protein, but since you are using AAS there is very little chance you will loose any muscle even if you lower your protein a little on those high carb days.

I agree with Sinanovi, I wouldn't combine the two for your first cycle.
You can really start with either Anavar (var) or Primo, they are both pretty safe for women.
But remember as with any AAS there are possible sides, everyone reacts differently, so you need to be monitoring for sides.

And your diet/ training are essential to benefit from Primo/Var.

I'm doing my first Primo cycle (Primo) I'm doing 150 mg a week, I'm on my 2nd week, so far no negative sides.

Primo is a mild anabolic steroid, it does not convert into estrogen, and has minimal water retention.

You can start at a dosege of 50-150 mg per week, see how you react & feel with this dosage.
