problem. a lil help here

i went out on vacation to puerto vallarta 3 months nothing but partying went from 180 to like 135 how long do you guys think it will take to get back to normal size n stuff. drinking, recreational drugs and lots of sex where involved lol!

but serious honest opinions just a lil concerned in getting my size back any ideas of how long it might take?

two words my friend..muscle memory

Prolly like a month..jus take it slow or your gonna injure your self!

me it take me 6 month to get back for 13 years of lazyness because a fell for a new drug called internet i lost all my muscle i was like( homer simpson)and my niece tease me with my belly and i start working out again iit took me some 6 month to get back my muscle again i now 2 years from now i still working out.

trainning it the best thing it was happening in my life

keep lifting and yes muscle have memory
