for the past year ive suffered with small dizzy spells lasting only for a second ive had high bp and always put it down to that, but now my bp has retured to around 120/70 and it still occurs every once in a while ive been to the docs 4 times and have had an ecg but no problems show up. im now wondering if it could be something missing from my diet i get around 5-600 grams of carbs a day so kinda ruling out low blood suger,any1 got any ideas or advice would be appreciated

I would still get tested for hypoglycemia bro, perhaps you get a very high insulin response that depletes blood sugar? You may also inquire about getting an EEG you could have a very mild seizure disorder. If this occurs when you change position like from sitting to standing it could also be caused by a sudden drop in bp, which takes a second to get over.

depending on how often and when it happens, what you are describing isn't all that uncommon. as liftsiron said, it can happen frequenly when going from a sitting to a standing position. if thats the case, i wouldn't worry about it. hell, i get dizzy from standing up, yawning, stretching, etc. having said all that, go with your gut if you REALLY are convinced something is wrong. better safe then sorry. unless you're a hypochondriac, of course... :)

cheers guys , last time i went to the docs i asked to have blood tests done , he guessed i trained and i told him i done gear and he suggested a liver and kidney function ,a blood count and a blood sugar test see what happens. i think if there was anything seriously wrong i woulda fallen ova by now.Im hoping my worrying bout this problem caused my high bp in the first place
