Program for triathalon?

Dlove

Product of Test
My co-worker was asking about some kind of training program for triatheletes since shes gonna try a little one around my way? This is probably a tough ? but thought I would ask for the hell of it.

I'd tell her to go out and get a book for tri-athlete training... There are a ton out there and that would be the best thing to do.

There is a forum for this On healthandfitnesstalk.com But it doesn't have much info yet. i will be training to do an iron man so it will be my pet after the sites programming is done next week. i have a friend who would be the person to talk to. He finishing up his last exam before Graduating this Week. Next week would be a better time to get info From him.

I do know a trainer in Phily that trains women for tri's. Where is your Friend?

So theres gonna be a section on here for endurance trainers? How about the exclusive NFL section? Better yet a steroidology fantasy team where we all throw in some bucks and the winners get 12week cycles of the galenikas, lol. Team Steroidology has a nice ring to it, lol.

Spinning Classes five days a week with circuit weight 3 of those training days and swim laps the other. Start slow on the swimming. A strict Atkins Diet or South beach.

Dedication and discipline are what will will dictate success or failure.

There won't be endurance sports section here. The media company that own the community has chosen to support it at healthandfitnesstalk.com

You will see a lot of stuff like that on HFT. There will be a contest section for events and there will be site sponsored teams and Athletes. I'm hoping to have them sponsor my Iron man ambitions

Thanx Dread i will definitely forward that on to her. Im looking forward to the contest section for events that would be great. Best of luck with the Iron Man.

First thing.....she has to start swimming, running, and cycling. All 3 use different muscle groups. Endurance will come naturally but get those muscles used to doing all 3 first.

I've done a triathlon but instead of swimming there was rowing.
