normal, run of the mill breakfast today... 4 eggs, 1 piece of toast

will get some chicken and beans into me a couple times before my workout this afternoon, bis and tris
 
put my arms through a good one today;

close grip preacher w/ cambered bar curl
seated alternate dumbbell curl
standing cable curl
seated preacher curl machine (one arm at a time)
standing hammer curl

rope extensions
close grip press (smith machine)
v-bar extensions

cardio

5 boiled eggs w/ a piece of whole grain toast in a bowl when I got home, salt, pepper, downed it with a spoon
 
rest day yesterday, today I will get back at it with a chest session followed by a few high rep sets of tris

breakfast was 3 boiled eggs, piece of toast, 1 chicken breast, salt/pepper, chopped up in a bowl
 
today's chest workout:

flat dumbbell press
incline barbell (pause presses)
fly machine
ol'school press machine

cardio

had a couple chicken breast, cucumber, bit of salsa chopped up in a bowl... will eat the same thing in a couple hours... then one more meal later should do it

back day tomorrow
 
233lbs this morning

usual breakfast, 5 boiled eggs and a piece of toast in a bowl

off to the gym in a bit to do some back
 
here's how the back went:

wide grip pulldowns x 5 sets
bent over rows (smith machine) x 5 sets
dumbbell rows x 3 sets
narrow grip pulldowns x 5 sets
t-bar rows x 4 sets
cable curls x 5 sets
cardio

3 chicken legs and some bean sprouts when I got home, will eat chicken breasts and spinach for my next meals tonight


shoulders tomorrow

hit shoulders nicely today:

dumbbell shoulder presses x 5 sets
standing dumbbell side laterals x 5 sets
smith machine presses x 7 sets
standing dumbbell side laterals x 4 sets (one arm at a time)
barbell front raises x 3 sets
cable front raises x 4 sets (single arm)
rear delt machine x 5 sets
smith machine shrugs x 5 sets
cardio

had a pound of boiled shrimp with some broccoli when I got home, chicken breast and spinach for my next three meals today

rest day tomorrow, legs on Thursday...
 
Impressive all around. The only thing that I can nitpick is the coffee. It's probably not even worth mentioning but I like to hear myself talk so... Coffee is a stimulant and
may be causing your body to produce cortisol. That of course, (can) promote fat storage. However, I think with a clean diet like yours, you've got nothing to worry about unless you drink coffee like my wife (tons of cream and sugar).
 
3ml per shot seems like an awful lot. I've only done 1.75 (Tren Ace and Prop). I had a little PIP. I get the heebee jeebees when I think of all that liquid going into that one location all at once.

Is there any reason to worry about the compatibility of your three compounds mingling and then metabolizing all together in that one spot?

I was doing 5cc EOD, it's not that big a deal...just pin bilaterally or two injection sites in the same muscle group.

Is there any reason to worry about the compatibility of your three compounds mingling and then metabolizing all together in that one spot?

just like snowpatrol123 mentioned... as long as your moving your injection sites around 3ml eod is not problem at all... I only pin delts and glutes and it's fine

as for the coffee, it's just a morning thing and sometimes before the gym if I train later in the day... just a bit of cream, no sugar (sometimes some sweetner)

legs are gonna be sore tomorrow, here's how I hit them today;

leg extensions
ham curls
smith machine squats
leg press (one leg at a time)
hack squat
standing calf raises
cardio

had one chicken/spinach meal an hour before the gym, when I got home had chicken/eggplant/cucumber... will eat chicken/spinach one more time

arms tomorrow

will hit the gym a bit later today, will have a couple more meals in me by then, so strength should be up
 
did arms superset style today...

pushdowns w/ cable curls x 5 sets
lying tricep extensions on incline bench w/ standing alternate dumbbell curls x 5 sets
close grip presses (smith machine) w/ preacher machine curls x 8 sets (got a bit carried away)

rest tomorrow, will be a good eating day... back at it on sunday for chest
 
should have been a rest day yesterday... but i did sneak my way to the gym for a few supersets of lat pulldowns w/ smith machine shoulder presses (did about 8 sets of those), then did 30min cardio

5 boiled eggs, chicken breast and a piece of toast mashed up in a bowl for breakfast... will hit some chest in a couple hours

then it'll be food and football the rest of the day ;)
