strength has risen this week, feeling good... only negative is tendonitis is flaring up, happens when I lean out

this run has really only just begun, so looking forward to where I can get to physique wise

For sure, you really cant beat that combination of compounds for quality lean mass, and looking very lean, dry, and full all at the same time.

breakfast was 6 scrambled eggs this morning with 4 pieces of bacon... second meal was ground beef cooked with tomato and bok choy, will eat that again for my next meal

leg workout will be at 6pm tonight (will train at night for a while now, change it up a bit)

...one a side note... got the tren cough today the worst I've ever had it, and I've been doing this a few years ;) it came on even before I had finished my injection into my left delt... started heaving, pushed the plunger in, pulled the pin out, then I was on the floor for about 5min... but I sure do love tren haha

No tren cough for me but I tried bicep for the first time this morning and instantly regretted that decision.

Looks like things are moving along nicely for you - keep killing it!

China, are all you carbs consumed in one meal and the rest no carb other than that for veggies? Any post workout?

pretty much just the piece of toast and the little carbs from the veggies... the odd snack here and there (piece of candy, but never a handful, spoon of ice cream, but never a full bowl of it)... I've been sticking to this pretty good for 6+ months now

every week or two I'll let myself fall off the rails for a meal or two, but that's needed for sanity's sake... if I feel drained I'll have add a bit of rice (couple spoons of cooked rice) or half a sweet potato to one of my afternoon meals, but rarely

being low on carbs, coffee is a friend of mine pre-workout... my goal (short term, for the next 3 months) is to just continue to get leaner, while holding onto as much lean muscle as I can. Seems to be working so far, but so much more to achieve (lower stomach, lower back is gonna be a while)

I'm staying around the 230 mark the past couple weeks, if it comes down a touch more I'll be pretty happy. Not really wanting to restrict my diet more than I am as I don't want to have that crazy hungry feeling. I have faith that by sticking to this regimen (diet, training, gear) I'll be able to keep moving in the right direction.

so that piece of toast I have in the morning is pretty valuable I guess ;)

Ya, I was just reading through the log and noticed that, I would be a hypoglycemic basket case if I was to run carbs as low as you for extended periods of time, lol.

Just curious is all brother

And ya those little tread are valuable for state of mind, as much as we want to achieve certain goals we have to remember not to deprive ourselves of everything to the point of depression.

If you stick to the game plan like you are I think 16 weeks of the best stack around is going to yield some good results. The Tren is really a great drug when your running a program like you are now.
