GP Test Prop. weeks 1-8 @ 100mg eod
GP Stan 50. (Winstrol) weeks 5-8 @ 50mg ed
GP Clen. Every other week throughout @ 40mcg ed
GP Anastrozole (Arimidex) @ .25mg ed Throughout
PCT-
Comid. weeks 10-13 @ 50mg ed
GP Nolva. weeks 10-13 @ 20mg ed
Thats it. Im 5'8 @ 170.4lbs @ 12% bf. I do cardio in the A.M (30-45 min elliptical around 9am) and weight train in the P.M (around 4-5pm).
I run 4 days a week and weight train 5-6 days, usually rotation 5 and 6 every other week.
Looking to lean out a bit but get some nice gains as well.
Any feedback is appreciated.
