Proper PCT really want to make sure I get it right

Bout to start a cycle...I've done research about my cycle but I really want to make sure that the pct is correct as far as what to take , when to start it, and how much of it?

I'm 6'5
254lbs
37 years old.
I'm 190 lbs lean
24% BFF
Diet has been in check for the last 3 months

My plan
First 6 weeks
Sustanon 500 EW
50mg dbol ED

Weeks 7-12
Sustanon 500 EW
50mg winstrol ED


I plan on using the winny to help keep gains as I don't think my BF will low enough to see drying. ..but I'd really like to get your in put about the pct I need for this, also what online labs are legit for getting the pct?

You will not need winstrol or dbol. Test is all you need. Many here would say at 24% bf you should not even be using aas because of e2 issues when your body fat is as high as yours. I don't entirely agree. Test only will help build lbm and make it easier to lose that weight.

Where is your AI? It is also a good idea to run hcg at 250iu 2 x ew.

I don't like running sust throughout your entire cycle. Long acting esters in sust will delay pct. Pick up some test prop and run that the last 4-5 weeks.
 
I'm not sure if I read this right . Are you 250+ now and 190 if you lean out? Me personally if I was 6'5" I would work on turning my 250 into 250 of muscle. What is your pct? Don't start until you hash that out
 
how long have you been lifting ? a couple months ?
because if your 190 pounds at 6'5" when your 'lean' then you have very little muscle mass, and if your 250 pounds when your not lean, then your 'fat'. think you just need to get your diet and training dialed in and not worry about a cycle at this point

I appreciate the input. .and I do agree...I think I got a little impatient.
 
Get into better shape before you use aas, if you don't you likely won't have good results.

A few weeks of browsing on the internet isn't enough "research". It takes months of reading articles and forums like this one to properly understand the effects it may have on your body, good and bad. You need to know 100% what you are going to be doing and why (your goals), you also need to learn how to react if something goes wrong.

For the first cycle: Test only.
You need an AI and hcg.
Have a good PCT.
Stock up for PCT BEFORE you start cycling.
Also do pre, post and on-cycle bloodwork, to see if your body is ok.

I would get down to 15% before doing test and dbol. You are chubby and the test/dbol will only make you look worse while ur on it because of bloat. Atleast that was the case for me...

In the last 3 months I've cut 6% BF and gained 20 lbs of muscle so I believe I'm doing the correct things in the kitchen
 
You gained 20 lbs of muscle in 3 months? I think your confusing muscle with weight. It's very difficult to gain 5 lbs of muscle in a year's time.

Yes sir, I hired a very very good trainer in my area, I had my BF and BMI professionally checked before I started. I was 30% BF and 170 lbs lean.....91 days later I had it checked by the same source and my body fat was 24% and I was 190.5 lbs lean...I really have no incentive to lie about it...only way I could explain it is from hard work, eating great and genetics.....now I did have a lot of muscle mass in my early 20s when I was an athlete, but I don't think I'd have that much muscle memory from that long ago at the age I am now......that is why I was wanting to do the cycle...cause I was so stoked about my results I wanted to see if I could get a good cycle and then trim on down.
 
Not time to cycle. Not at 24% and not with dbol you would end up in the grave. At 24% you should run mct oil till you get down to 13 % that should be around 215-220.

Stay the course and enjoy the ride you are making good progress.

Agreed.... D'Bol is the last thing you need OP.

Run a calorie deficit, introduce cardio, and add more volume to your weights workouts - get that bf% down to >15% before you entertain a cycle brother!
