Pros and Cons of Sust as First Cycle?

This is about the only stuff i can get my hands on at the moment for sure. i know test is arguably the best first cycle, but what do you think of ~400mg/week sust as my first cycle?

also i read that nova was apparently the best post cycle therapy (pct) for Sustanon (sust), but again, my limited availablity allows me only clomids. will they do the trick?
 
I did sust for a first cycle, but there is nothing wrong with single ester either.

Dont know your weight, but 400 should work well, usually sust is 250mg/ml though making 500/wk easier to hit.

Some people still say/believe clomid is really better, and these are smart folks - but in general those that get mood sides (like me) feel better on nolva. Clomid is fine, tried and true.
 
right now i'm 5' 8, lean 165lbs - damn i'm moody to begin with. maybe i should search harder for nova. what kinda gains did you see?

Sust is just a blend of 4 different TEST esters, you make it sound as if Sust and Test aren't related, just wanted to clarify that point for you......:D

65 pounds on my bench and kept 17 pounds, I was doing a see-food diet which was a mistake in that I could have done better. Started showing results come week 3, from there it was just an awesome experience. Like Stone says, its still testosterone (blended esters).

i cc of sust every 3-4 days for 10-12 weeks ,wait 3 weeks after your last injection then start post cycle therapy (pct)/clomid

I`ve seen people`s benches jump 25 lbs from one week to another on sust , it takes a while to kick in ( 4 1/2 weeks for my buddy ) but the results are pretty impressive
 
naw, sorry for the misunderstanding, i know that sust is a testosterone, but from from i've read a single ester is the best to gauge your body's reactions. damn those are some impressive gains.

why do you say you could have done better? you mean a cleaner diet?

does that say one cc of Sustanon (sust)? looks like an i?
 
ok, so this may be a dumb question, but my body is kinda weird.... my chest and back waaaay overpower my arms and shoulders in terms of size (not strength) - will Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) help even them out with specific training? or will it just exaggerate the problem?

switch your training routines or Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) will exaggerate the problem.
 
i've moved shoulders to monday and arms to tuesday which is when i have the most energy - i used to do chest and back first in the week, but now w/this switch i think it might help... any other ideas how to bring up my arms/delts and decrease the problem?

like i said switch ROUTINES"" i didnt say switch day, although that could be the problem if you dont put 500% everyday your in the gym
 
yea well how long has he been lifting that sounds like beginners gains to me, i mean beginners to lifting not gear, i have used sust for my first, i use it now , matter of fact its the only test ill ever use unless some one talks me into sumthing else, it hits you nice aND HARD that first week , so you feelin those pumps asap, i dont sust isnt for every1

if you think about it, consistantly doing the same muscles on the same day IS A ROUTINE - which is what i was referring to. I've been working out hard for 7 years. i constantly change my exercies, add supersets, pyramids, negatives, a 100 set every blue moon, my rep scheme gets reworked once every 2-3months. believe me when i tell you the only thing i will admit to being a beginner at is aas. and to get my shoulders/arms up - trust me i put as much energy as i possibly have b/c i want to correct this imbalance so badly. so if you have any specific advice i'd be MORE than happy to listen, if not, then please don't just sit back and criticize.
