OK......You are quite light with a high bf% for your height.

IMO you don't need steroids at all right now. Something is wrong with your diet and/or training.

What you need to do is revamp your diet and training routine, you should easily be able to add lots of mass if those two are in order. You also should start researching Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) in general, start with our "Profile" section.

As for questions about rHGH, you should be probably 10 yrs away from using it, so again, you have plenty of time to research it.

First of all I don't think you are near your natural potential and shouldn't be doing Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) period. As far as GH, man you are way too young for that. Give us a sample of your diet and training regimin and I am sure myself and other members of the steroidology community can give you the advice you need to achieve mass and strength gains naturally. I would recommend going that route before you put the cart in front of the horse and jump into AAS. That is just my opinion, but I can bet many others on this forum will feel the same way.

Well thanks guys Im going to really look over my diet and workout and try some different things.. Another question do you guys have any creatine that works good and holds the pump for awhile (Im using N0 2 Explode) I hate that shit I dont think I can make it through a workout without running to the bathroom.. LOL But if you guys have any ideas that I can use from my local GNC let me know.... Thanks alot

I have to admit that I wasted thousands of dollars at GNC and on supplements. But looking back I did make some good gains an some basic's. I tried the Vapor by Muscletech and it was ok. Now that I am taking the real stuff there is no comparison. However, I didn't try Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) until I was 26 and weight was 215 at 6'1" and trained for 7 years. I benched 335, squated 315 and deadlifted over 400 all natural. Really look into your pre-post workout meals. This is the anabolic window that will be your best help to go natural as long as you can. Good luck

Post a good breakdown of what you eat daily including weights if you can. Also give us details of your training over a week, what you do on what days.

HGH will do nothing for you at your age, and at your age I had better things to waste my money on. As to Gear, everyone is right here, you just don't need it.

As to sups, no need to go mad, spend most of your money on good food, Creatine Monohydrate, protein and some muti vits

Let me give you a couple of suggestions with your diet. You need to spend some time in the kitchen, cook some eggs, potatoes, sweet potatoes, chicken breasts, ground beef, ect. You are just going to maintain with your diet. You gotta start getting some carbs in you and some meat. Have some big meals...cook a pound of ground beef and pound that down. You are 157lbs. this means you can put on 30lbs. plus just with your meals in check. Most of us have been there and it's work but its the only way. Your key to gains starts in the kitchen.

Listen to what Mrfreeze said, because he is right on point. Seriously, you may be like others and think that Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) is the only thing that is going to help you make gains, but that is far from the truth. You seem to be eating often enough, but you're eating like a bird with those small portions. Try adding more eggs, chicken, red meats, potatoes, pastas, etc. Heck when I want to bulk up, I start drinking 18 egg whites a day above and beyond everything else and it helps. Diet is key even when one does do AAS. I will side with Mrfreeze in the fact that I bet you can put on at least 30 more lbs with a good diet. Right now, you need to eat everything you can get your hands on. Like I have told others on this board, eat peanut butter sandwiches right before bed and make an extra one to put by the bed and when you wake up in the middle of the night eat it. I know the Notre Dame football team does this when they are trying to put on weight. Not that this alone is going to get you there, but it will be the extra push that you need. You could also try Myozene and Synthatrex from Prosource.net. Those two supplements are the only ones that have ever worked for me in the past and I've tried plenty. Good luck and keep us posted!

I'll bite. I hate the back pumps from d-bol. I have nothing positive to say about it. But others will praise the stuff. Good sense of well being ...blah blah blah. I get a good sense of feeling from Test and having sex while on test:)
