I'm lactose-intollerant so I can't drink milk,
eat cottage cheese, and can't drink whey also.
The isolate (lactose free) gives my also problems.

I tried to eating tuna, but I having problems with this
also..., now tried eggs , and it's even worse.

But... i can eat chicken all day, steak, hamburgers,
with zero problems.
It's strange...
How should I eat??
Eating 8 meals of chicken sounds so boring.

What are the best digesting protiens available?
Need some advice.

Thanks

have you tried a GOOD quality isolate like trueprotein

you can try betaine hydrochloride as an aid to digestion (increases acid in stomach)

or protease lactase and other digestive enzymes (i find these really help)

maybe even a probiotic

raw eggs should digest very easily
