I have some PSL aromasin 25mg tabs. I haven't done any cycle yet just on trt so haven't needed it yet, but when I do go on 500-750mg test what have you guys dosed the PSL aromasin at? I know this is different with every persons e2 level but I guess I'm wondering if PSLs aromasin runs on the strong or weak side, for recommended dosage. Every UGL is different and I just want to make sure I don't screw up doing 25mg EOD when I should be starting at 25mg ED.

That brings another question to mind, this being my first time do you think it's wiser to do 25mg ED for first four weeks then do bloods and reduce aromasin as needed or do lower dose, then bloods, then increase as needed? no moobs is the goal here.

k, so any suggestions on running 12.5 ED running bloods and tapering up if needed vs 25 ED running bloods and then tapering down?

Your asking for experience/suggestions. This is the recomended starting dose. Not sure what else you need to hear?

The Aromasin is as strong as strong can be - giving you the full 25mg without question...

I take 25mg EOD even on VERY HEAVY cycles and have not had any issues at all... this would be the starting point
for my recommendation.

You can always up your dose to 25mg ED... but I really don't think you'll need to - not at all.

It's all guesswork until you have the bloodwork in black & white to tweak your cycle midway.

Choose a start point depending on what you have learnt on previous cycles and how you have reacted to estradiol previously, and then adjust accordingly.

PSL aromasin is 20mg Not 25 mg.

I take 20mg EOD on MWF. If I forget a dose its no prob. I forget often like every other week.

When I was taking it ED at 10mg (split pill in half) my E went too low.

I switched to aromasin from arimidex because I was hoping it would help with my lipids. Doesnt look like it is though. So I may switch back to adex. Still thinking bout it

Edit: PSL website says dosing of aromasin is 20mg/day. That seems high to me, dont wanna crash your E2!

thanks for the responses from those who have used it. 20 EOD or 10ED sounds like it's the g2g starting point, much appreciated. Yea the website saying 1 pill ED is kind of what had me wondering if it was either a tad weaker than normal or something? and I thought I had read someone saying it was a bit weak but apparently not. I have never done any AAS other than my trt script so never done any AI before and just wanted to get a g2g start point from people who have used it before I can run bloods and dial it in for myself. thanks !

Good eye... thanks for pointing this out anzel.

I agree that 20mg might be too high for some people... especially the new guys who might not understand that you
don't want to bring your estrogen too low.

Just a brief run down on the importance of estrogen...

Running your AI's too high will cause extreme estrogen suppression and can make you lethargic.

Estrogen plays an important part in supporting serotonin... this is one of the body's principle neurotransmitters,
which is vital to mental alertness and the sleep/wake cycle.

Interference with this neurotransmitter is also associated with chronic fatigue syndrome... "so we can see how it
is to fatigue specifically."

For the ladies... there are also studies with estrogen suppression and menopause, contributing to fatigue... I don't think we're
worried about that in this conversation - just an FYI

And besides fatigue some depression can occur too. ....

I would say PSL aromasin is not weak because when I started taking it at 10mg a day ,before I can run out to get labs done I started to feel like my E was getting too low. Everything Repo mentioned in his post above. So I switched to MWF , and I started to feel alot better. When I was using Adex I was dosing about .5mg twice a week on cycle and .25 on TRT. (just to give a comparison)
