Quick shout out to Iron Champ nutrition!
Stats 33 years old
4 years training
workout approximately 4 days a week
Main goal at this point is trimming down for summer. I don't like using stems all day so all I ever use is a preworkout from time to time. Yes 80% of results are up to the athlete but you can't deny visual results that are really obvious, so as I start off all of my logs I begin with a recent pic.

This pic is 3 days old and I took it my last gym visit. I weigh 217. I'd like to stay as close as I can to what I weigh while just dropping fat but that's usually never the case.
