Day 8
Off day but went ahead and went to the gym felt so good figured y not. Hit abs calves and cardio I'm still a beast almost to the point I'm wondering how I'll be once I'm off the gw. So far all I've gotten from gw is endurance no strength that I can tell. I believe anyone that runs tren would greatly benefit from running gw along side it. So far with my first run with sarms I'm really liking it can't wait to see what I could achieve on something known for adding size Like lgd. Or the sarms triple stack. Looking foreward to the last few weeks on gw I'm sure results will only get better stay tuned guys
 
Ok guys let's talk about the pros and cons of this run so far with the sarm gw
Pros:
High endurance. I know thsts,what gw is made for
Mental focus
Fat loss

Cons :
The dropper numbers fell off within 3 days

My list of pros and cons Is small but you can see the pros outright the cons. Coming from a person who has ran gear this stuff works, not as good as AAS bit for being legal no needles no pct nothing it is deff awesome I recvoment anyone that trains high volume or cycles with tren would greatly benefit from gw.

Day 9
Legs and triceps
Today was a great workout as it has Ben since starting the gw. Took my dose 20 mins pre workout. Started with triceps to get warmed up focused on supersets as I was short on time did 4 supersets in all 3 sets per exercise got a awesome pump finished triceps with a nice 5 set dropsets
Then dud legs started with leg extensions to warm up my knees did 4 sets of light extensions then when on to squats. Did 7 sets of of squats pyramid up to 275. After squats dud single leg leg press. Then went over to leg curls and straight leg dead superset. Finished off with some calf work had a really good workout
 
Day 10
Back and biceps
Excellent workout as usual. I can deffinately say the gw is at full swing now and I'm loving the affects. Ive Ben dieting for 8 week and since taking the gw I can see added fat loss more veins and just leaner all around.

Day 11
Chest shoulders
Workouts are getting better daily it seems. Focused most of my session on chest as it is my lagging body part. Focused on dumbell today as I get a better contraction and I am hoping for more growth. cut my rest times down to 45 secs and focused on squeezing my chest with every rep and after every set I flexed my chest as hard as I could. Did 5 exercises for chest focusing on upper chest. Workout was rediculous. After chest went to shoulders with a big focus on rear and side delts threw traps in at the end and hit 30 mins of cardio. Still loving the gw sarmsearch will be my go to and I push them to all my friends.

Day 12
Legs triceps abs cardio
Very intense workout focused more on strength here to really test my endurance hit back squats, front squats. Hack squats, leg extensions and leg curls and finished off with calves everything was very heavy shot for 6-8 reps 4-6 sets per exercise. Finish off my session with 45 mins cardio. All in all lt was a brutal workout
 
GW50 is a pretty amazing compound, it can increase endurance by 92%

Not that I mess with recs anymore...but you ain't lying bro! Feels like I ripped a line of super speed and within 20 min...pacing begins...and I'm out the door speeding all the way to the gym..lol.

Very busy guys sorry logs are a day late or so but here it is
Day 13
Back biceps
Today woke up earlier than normal and decided to work out fasted which for me feels great some advise against it but I feel great working out fasted. Took gw like always 20 mins b4 workout and I have to say how great the gw is working for me I'm not looking foreward to the day I quit taking it. Anyways on with the workout, decided to do a heavy back day warned up with 4 sets of 25 pull ups then when on to deadlifts did 2 wormy sets and 3 working sets up to 405 for 8 reps I'm pretty strong on deads for weight 176. Next I did heavy rows did w warm up sets and 4 working sets up to 275 for 6, I supersetted those with pull overs. Next went to close grip lat pull down with 2 second pause at the bottom 4 sets and superset that with behind the head pull ups focusing alot on the negative shooting 4 3 to 4 seconds on the negative.finished off with some single arm rows 4 sets
Biceps started with lying down cable curl 4 sets. Then went to dumbell curls supersetted with alternating hammer curls. From there went to heavy barbell curls with 5 negatives at the end of every set last I did double cable arm curls 4 sets of 15
Great workout forsure gw is my best friend
 
Day 14
Chest shoulders
Nothing new to add here today great workout today. Still haven't had any sides at all. Still loving the gw and I don't want to come off. Haha can I live on gw forever
 
Day 15-16 off
Did 45 stair master each day easily.

Day 27
Back biceps.
I am over half way thru my gw and the results are still there. I'm leaning out more weekly and I can see more and more veins which I really like. The endurance is great, still no sides to speak of all is good. With endurance up, I can notice when doing my hit cardio I can take less time in between my jogging and sprints it's awesome. Back day went great, with no more than a min rest I am now able to hit 12-15 for all sets where I couldn't before. it was more of a pyramid 12-10-8 now it's 12 12 12. As far as strength I would say no I haven't seen any strength increases, and if I was going to I would have by now. Did arms did a total of 6 exercises,4-5 sets each. got a very good pump and I have so many veins in my arms it's crazy.

Right on! I am still loving the GW too...kind of hard not to! I love the energy and endurance...nothing I've ever tried before comes close. I don't necessarily enjoy cardio, but on GW it makes it 100x better. Maybe it's bc I am so amped up I don't want to leave the gym after my workout...haha.
