Pt or very experienced steroid user wanted with help on steroid course / ££?

Hi All,

I am not new to the world of lifting, have been doing so for +3yrs now and want to take a route in steroids. At the moment I live a very busy lifestyle between work, studying, travelling and general life.

I know most of you could just tell me everything i need is right here and i just need to read it, i have honestly tried and got linked to so many other threads, then not knowing what is going to be right for me or what diet is going to fit me or training technique. But more importantly what steroids to be starting on with. I have already ran a course of oral only with Dinabol & Winstrol, yes for sure i have read of what a mistake and waste that was!

What I am after is someone who is vastly knoweldged on steroids and can help train and educate me in the right direction with what to take, when, my diet and training plan. I could see my PT at the gym but I dont think he wil be happy to discuss steroids! I am willing to go as far as paying possibly someone with some sort of arrangement.

Please dont lecture me on this post, Im asking for help on something I am very passionate about but really need the help with.

Gary this only being your 2nd cycle a very basic stack will yield excellent results. I'm sure many of us can help you put that plan together and not even think about charging you for it. If you already have a PT get him to help you with the diet and training, you should be good to go. Without knowing what your goals are the below plan is a good one.

What are you goals btw?

My suggestion for a good second run'

500 mg per week of test E or C divided into two weekly injections. weeks 1-10

25 mg per day d-bol for the first 4 weeks

Have some nolvadex on hand in case gyno begins to set in.

Do you need help with a proper PCT?

Cheers for the kind notes back. That was the type of course I was considering running, I was told also that some deca would run along nicely with that?

As for my goal it is to bulk up and get bigger, I dont have too much of a problem with gaining fat as i have a fast metabalism which see's most of it fall off really easy.

When it comes to my diet, I guess the my main question is do I need to eat more over and above a normal bulking diet considering i will be on steroids. For example I mean on a nat bulk you add say 600kcals to your maintenance, where as on steroids would you add more 600kcals?
Also what needs to be the ratio for protein as I have read on here that various people take about 1.5-2.0 grams of protein per lbs of lean body mass, what would be correct? Also what sort of ratio should I be aiming for on my protein/carbs/fats? I am a naturally skinny guy and find it hard to gain weight and has taken me 3yrs to go from 55kgs to 76kgs with a 11% body fat level.

I would be really gratefull if you could give me a good post cycle therapy (pct) breakdown?

Some people like deca and some don't Gary. I've run deca in the past and it always seems to take me longer to recover after any cycle that I incorporate it. It also has a bad habit of making zeek jr play dead if the test isn't run 2x the deca dose.

If you do want to run deca toss it in at 300 mg for weeks 1-10 and run the test at 500 for weeks 1-12. Deca takes an extra week to clear the system before PCT so it is good to stop it a week or two before the test.

Protein intake during cycle is key and I would run it at 2grams per pound of body weight. Some like to eat that much protein all the time both on and off but I don't find it necessary. As for calories and since you are bulking and don't have a high body fat to begin, play with it. Start a bit higher and see what your body does with it in an anabolic state. 600 is a good starting point.

At the end of the day you are two cycles deep and will grow like a weed regardless. The earluy cycles are your most productive as far as mass gains in particular. Don't sweat the details so much instead just eat large to be large but as clean as possible. If you want to be 250lbs you have to eat like a 250 lber if you follow me.

Thanks for the tips there on the dosages, will deffo bear this in mind. Yeh I have read that when on gear try and do 2grams per lb and when off tone it down to 1.4 grams per lb.

I hear you also when you say about this only being my second run, so i want to make these couple of runs really good one's and not skimp on anything!!
For sure I this is my next task of trying to eat clean and as much as possible really of all the right stuff. I just really need to pin point it down and get it right!

Any suggestions on a reputable place to get the gear from at all?

Yeh good idea, will go and stick up a post in diets and see what the ppl can come up with, cheers again!

These are my current stats mate:
- 23 years old (24 next month)
- 71 kgs
- 175 cm
- 12% body fat level
- Ectomorph body type
- 21 months serious training time
