Pushing Yourself? Help push me

Hi guys,

The last couple of months I've been sort of lacking motivation. I've been lifting consistently, but I think it's because my workout literally isn't pushing me enough. The harder I have to work, the more motivated I stay! That's how it worked for me last year.

So I was curious if you guys had any good spilts, including sets and reps, to help me get back on track where I need to be? Thanks guys.

Used to do a 4 day split. Push/Pull/R/Push/Pull/R/R

Now im doing
Chest/Tri
Back/Bi
Rest
Legs
Shoulder
Rest
Rest

Since doing this I've broken through platues and defiantly see an increase. My advise is just change up your routine bro. Also do Heavy Less Reps/Light More Reps I do heavy low rep on some exercises that I know gains more by doing it that way. And do Light More Reps on some exercises you know that works better with that ordeal.
