Putting on muscle & losing fat at same time?

I notice when you ask this question in a "natty" context, the answer is usually that you can't do it if you're a natural, unless you're a complete beginner.

So what if you're enhanced? Can you do it? The processes of protein synthesis and fat oxidization are two completely separate, independent processes. So let's say you're on a test only cycle, can you efficiently achieve both to any significant degree? I know test has muscle building AND fat burning properties, so in theory everything seems to work out. But practically is it likely to happen?
 
idk man , i think if your test levels are 3-7 times more than average (500mg / week) this will definetly help u gain more muscle than natty . so now if u are in a caloric deficit , u will lose weight , if u r tearing your muscles when u work out , the test will help build and repair them much faster . imo is realy going to have to with with getting just the right amount of calories . if u have to much , u gain weight , too little ull lose . but if u can get just that right slight surplus of calories , that is when u can do it . It is possible but imo is going to have to be very scientific with calorie intake . u need enough so ur not losing weight , enough surplus to make for what u have used working out + enough to produce to muscle and feed the body but not so much it can store to fat . calorie intake is key
 
Sounds like we have the same goals and cycle planned. I'll be taking in about 3300 calories. It isn't enough to insanely bulk, but with the help of the gear, it should put on quality muscle with minimal fat gain (or maybe some loss)
 
also same thing i am trying to achieve right now before summer , lose bf and gain muscle , if ur training hard and u know how to judge ur eating to gain and lose weight , u can do it
 
I've decided to start my cycle. I know how to diet/ train, just trying to figure out how to manipulate these 2 things while enhanced.
 
Very possible but like mentioned above run tren. I've personally done it and I eat like a pig (still clean) People in the lunchroom at work look at me with the "WTF is wrong with this guy" look. It's quite humorous.
