putting on weight with test p ...help with diet please

Right, that's what I was getting at just referenced it wrong maybe. I was just meaning higher bf higher risk just like with the diseases I mentioned for those overweight(high bf) being a larger risk. PD has given you really good advice OP and I hope you take it for your sake, not mine, not his. Most of us here reply to help people not to jump on them and belittle them.

Haha that was directed at OP brother, not you. :) you are definetly correct.

I do understand the advice is good to a large extent...but to assume steroids are super safe at lower bodyfat is a bit of a stretch...now all you super knowledgable guys go talk to an endocrinologist and they will rip you to shreds on a medical / physioligical level as to why steroids long term are not safe, go tell them cycling on gear is safe, go tell the families of countless dead professional bodybuilders that its not dangerous......it just seems getting stuck into a novice user is the fashionable thing on the forum.....it generates.a whole bunch of 'high fives' amongst some of you...i hope im interpreting wrong but it appears that way...
And some of you must be brilliant pscyhologists immediately reading into my mental state and various hurdles i need to overcome....please , grow up.
Some of you are also so insightful as to know i havent had bloods...well wrong again.

Yes im well aware that the 2kg is water weight but i was hoping for dietary advice whilst on cycle....i get it your advice is abort..thanks.
This is my first cycle since my first cycle 10+ years ago (sustanon 250) so im doing test only to see how i respond..my understanding is that test is a must on any cycle cutting or bulking. Either way i dont intend on using anything besides test in the future at this point.
Anyway lads i do appreciate the input ...will look into diet forum and look into 3j...cheers.

Cycling gear is 'super safe' when your ready and done appropriately... that includes regular bloodwork so if any problems arise they can be treated or abort cycle before any damage is done. 99% unless there is some serious underlying issue any problems can be treated quite safely. Also, most doctors including a lot of endocrinologists are well behind the times when it comes to hormone use... even then they usually only know about TRT protocols. Nothing about blasting - apart from the media perception of your going to die its so bad etc... Which I will add comes from people like you who cycle recklessly and damage your body/health... It's people like you that gives steroids a bad rap.
That's also not to say there a lot of good endo's out there who know their shit aswell.

I didn't get 'stuck into you' until you were rude. I simply gave you the smartest advice anyone could give you. I don't give advice to people for 'high fives' I give advice because I know how much damage you can do to yourself from being uneducated.

Anyway... live and let learn. Do what you wanna do, it's your body... I'm just saying its not smart and it's not gonna help you achieve what your trying to achieve. But by all means when you run into problems (and you will) we will be here to help...

Post up your bloodwork if you don't mind. Would love to see how your health is... and where that e2 is at.

"Moonface"..! LMAO!

That reference always makes me laugh.

Yeah great point hog. Consider hiring 3J for your cut OP, he will definetly get you ripped. I too had to learn the hard way, my first cycle diet was shit (i thought it was great back then too lmao) and bf was too high... When i finished I was a big mofo, but fat as all shit... Looked terrible. Plus you put the bloat on from the test aswell.. I was downright ugly lol. Hate that moonface look. Seriously you will look and feel 1000x better, not to mention have less side effects if you get that body fat down before you do a cycle.:

Are you on an aromatase inhibitor?
If you wanted to cut fast I would cuts your carbs and either go keto or carb cycle.
I've done keto numerous times and really enjoy it.
