What do yall do to work on getting size(i think its called an outer sweep) on your quads? I feel like my legs are a lil small. Ive gotten my calves to react by separating their training day from quads n hams n with 2 supersets. But seems like i cnt get my quads to react. Narrow stance on L. Press shoulder width on squats Toes pointed in on leg extentions....wat do yall do?
 
Have you tried farmer's walks or lunges? They work the hip flexors a bit as well, but I find they require the stabilization of the outer quad as well, providing for a good focus there. Worth a shot. :)
