Question about cutting test prop!

I am going to use usp cottonseed oil from rui products to cut my prop 50:50 and was wondering if i could use the oil as is since its supposedly already sterile or if i should use like a .2um syringe filter to filter the oil into vials? And do i need to add any BA to the oil? And lastly how would i go about combining my gear and the sterilized oil? For example when im ready to inject would i just draw up .75ml of gear from my original gear vial and then draw up another .75ml of cottonseed oil from my separate oil vial?

Yeah that's a pretty good idea i just wanna make sure im not running the risk of getting any infections so idk if i should refilter the usp oil even though its already been filtered i guess it wouldnt hurt to be on the safe side, what do you think?
