here's my question...will hack squats do as much for you as regular squats?? my situation is that i have a bad right knee and i can't do regular squats with heavy weight, i have been doing regular squats with very light weight but i think i could do better with hack squats. i am also doing full sets of leg presses and calf lifts and trying some standing leg curls and leg extentions. will all of this be enough or are the regular squats a must? any input or suggestions are appreciated. thanks in advance...
