i seen a lot of guys on here pinning their quads...2 months into my cycle im looking to give the ol glutes a break from pinning, and give this a shot. question is, where is best on the quads to pin? im using 23gage 1.5" pins, so im guessing i wont have to go as deep as with glutes? how worried should i be about inflamation of the muscle and not being able to walk for days? i have a labour intensive job and cannot afford to miss work...
