question about pinning quads...

i seen a lot of guys on here pinning their quads...2 months into my cycle im looking to give the ol glutes a break from pinning, and give this a shot. question is, where is best on the quads to pin? im using 23gage 1.5" pins, so im guessing i wont have to go as deep as with glutes? how worried should i be about inflamation of the muscle and not being able to walk for days? i have a labour intensive job and cannot afford to miss work...
 
damn 2 months of glutes only? you want atleast 4 sites to rotate depending on how often you pin. you've probably got a good amount of scar tissue in your glutes. you need to pin more than just the quads now, like delts or ventro glutes. as for the quads, split your quad into 4 quadrants, as if drawing a cross from the middle of your knee cap up the middle of your leg, and a horizontal line across the middle of your thigh. pin in the middle of the upper outer quadrant, the one closest to your pelvis and furthest away from your boys. a 1.5" needle to the hilt will be just fine. your leg is a big muscle. as for soreness, if it's a virgin muscle it will be very sore, but nothing you can't work through. it's not the type of pain that's telling you you need to slow down before you injure yourself, it's the type of pain where you just don't be a pussy and forget about the pain. it'll go away in 2 days and won't hurt as bad or if at all the next time you pin it.

U will see, flex the muscle and you'll see that great big outter part of the quad muscle u can pin bro!

You can look on you tube..theirs a up to date video of a student injecting test into his quad for hormone thearpy. Best video out their. Just did mine for the first time yestarday. Not as sore as my glutes..yet
 
I use a 1" everywhere quads, ass, shoulders bis (obviously you don't have to shove the entire thing in).

pin quads and nothing else? you're making it sound like you shouldn't pin anything else..... and the reason for not having more than 2 sites is? does it hurt you? is it bad for you? NO, it's better you fucking idiot. and when the fuck did i say to actually draw lines on yourself? can you read? did you see where i said "split your quad into 4 quadrants AS IF drawing a cross"? i love when someone posts an answer to a question, completely answering the question, not of their own opinion but from fact, and some other jackass has to come on here and add their own 2 cents. question's been answered dipshit, move on.

oh and you reiterated what i said by saying pin the upper outer part of the quad, i was breaking it down for him since he's obviously never pinned quads. no need to reinvent the wheel. and 1.5" in the quad is fine, as is a 1".

Quads are now my favorite spot to shoot. Most people will say "pin high and outside" well for me I like to pin right down the middle btween my groin and knee cap. Keep doing thigh shots and remember which spots cause pain and you will eventually know which spot is best for you. Middle or outside spots are ideal.

draw lines and bullshit didnt know how technical pinning was!
u must spend an hour on pin days, going through your technical book to see if everything is done right

so true....stay away from the knee area and above.Pin higher..right in the middle or a tad higher.

1.5 and 20 gauge...I hear going to 25g is smooth like butter..damn 20's! but 20's don't hurt.Nah.
