I can't believe that there is such a large difference between deltoid and glute injections. Do you have any more info as to why there is that difference? I read the study and they merely speculate that it may have something to do with the amount of bodyfat in the injection area. If that is the case, I wonder if people who don't have a whole lot of fat in either place still get that huge difference in blood levels.

That would explain why the blood levels rise faster, but I still don't understand why the total area under the curve is so much larger.

From what I understand, and im not 100% sure on this, is that the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) which hasnt been de-esterfied and used is stored in body fat. This MAY be why the amount of body fat in the area yields such a higher blood concentration. Another possible answer would be the size of the muscle? I'm not sure...but I'm sticking to glutes as much as possible now...no more bi, tri, lats, shoulders, calves, etc
