Question about Uncle Z Anavar???

How do you guys dose this per day? Usually I get 10mg and split it up evenly, should I split the 50mg pill in half or just take the full pill the same time everyday?

half life is what 8-9 hours so i would dose it at least twice a day

So I guess I would hafta open the cap and pour half into an empty one. That sucks. Does anyone have experience with Z var?

yes this does suck. the capsule formation makes it rather difficult to get an equal distribution of 25mg x2 servings.
Only thing I can think of is to purchase some of your own empty caps so you can make your own.

I did this with the 50mg Dbol's - and it wasn't hard to split them up at all - I also took them in one dose and at the end of the day the results seem to be the same.

I haven't tried Anavar yet - so I'm not sure how relevant this is to your situation?

However - for splitting the dose - I just opened it - poured half into one cap - chug it with some water - then cap it back together with the other half dose.
