Question regarding HCG, help would be much appreciated

Hi there, how is everyone doing

So I have a question regarding HCG.

So I have a 10000iu HCG ampule, I also have bac water and empty vial already.
So If I was to mix my 10000IU HCG with 10ml of Bac water:

1.- How many units would I have to draw on my slin pin in order to get 250IU? (Whats the number in the slin pin)
2.- Can I store the prepared HCG solution in my fridge?
3.- How long will it last there? Because I plan to run a 12 week cycle and will be running HCG 250 IU twice weekly from week 1. Is it safe to store it for that long? (12 weeks).

I first extract 10ml's of air out of the 10ml mixing vial.

Then add one ml of water to the hCG - (gently mix it)... then add it to the 10ml mixing vial.

You can repeat that if you want to make sure you got all of the hCG out of its ample... which will give you 2mls.

Then add 8 more ml's of water to the 10ml mixing vial and gently mix it.

To get 250iu's you'll use half of the insulin syringe (29 gauge) or whatever type syringe you are using.

The half way point on the syringe will give you 50 units (cc's) which will give you 250iu's.

HCG is typically good for about a month once it is mixed and can be put in the fridge...

However I recommend doing something that 3J recommends - which is pre-filling all of your hCG in your syringes
and storing it in the freezer... I believe you just take the syringe out of the freezer the night before
and you're ready to go.

Just double check on the freezer part... I haven't done this yet as I'm using 500iu's and have always
kept it in the fridge... but the freezer looks like the best way to keep your hCG the freshest.

You can even Google "mixing hCG" to see some how-to videos - however those are going to be for
the hCG diet so you won't follow the recommended dosing.

Repo isn't that mixture going to be 1000iu per mL? That would make 1/2 the syringe equal to 500iu?

I'm thinking 1/4 of the syringe would be 250iu. Or 25 units on a U100 pin, or 10 on U40 pin. I get the U40's every now and then on accident, I think just about all of them are 1cc though.

I keep the stuff in my fridge but have only kept it for ~2 months or so. Still seemed just as potent, but I think I'd try freezing pins if I was going to keep it longer.

I do have a couple of questions though:

1.- How can I know my vial can hold 10 ml? I looks like it can but I'm not sure.
2.- Why do you want to extract 10ml of air of out the mixing vial? so the fluid with hcg can be injected easily right?
3.- If I mix 10000IU with 10 ml of waters, wouldn't that be 1000IU per ml? Slin pin is 1 ml syringe right? so Im kinda agreeing with DucBase, shouldnt that be divided by 4 and the number I get is 250 IU ?

If you don't suck out the air there will be too much pressure when you try and push the BAC water in.

If you had 10,000 of hCG then you would be correct... because you would get 10 full syringes at 1,000u's of hCG.

It is also best to cover the hCG with tinfoil if you store it in the fridge...

But my HCG actually is 10000IU, so by mixing 10ml with 10000 IU, 1000IU per ml, 25 units in the slin pin for 250IU, he would be correct right?

Im kinda confused and want to get this right and I really appreciate you helping me man. My first cycle is coming up this monday, so much is going through my mind. Keep in mind I did a lot of research and I already have everything in hand.

Would really like to ask you about some minute details about my first cycle, should I do that on a different post?

Yes, if you have 10000iu, 25 units is 250iu.

In the future, try to get smaller vials of hCG. It will start losing potency before you can use all 10000iu. Technically, you should adjust your dosages as time passes to compensate for the lost potency. Austinite has a good thread on this that you may want to read.

Also can it be stored in the fridge for 3 months? someone suggested freezing already prepared slin pins, I can always just buy more HCG but If i dont have to, thatd be great too.

to not freeze it.

If you run a cycle with an addition to testosterone... such as dbol, tren, or deca - then I would bump your dose up to 500iu's twice a week.

So I got an idea, since I have two empty vials, I can put 5000IU in each, freeze one and use the other 5000IU vial(each vial will have 5ml at 5000iu total).

What do you think? should I put the vial in a ziploc before freezing it?

You'll want to freeze it... I keep mine in the fridge for 5 weeks which is a week or two longer than I should... but I've been keeping it in the fridge for 5 weeks and has always worked very well.

That's an interesting question... if you wanted to keep 5000iu in the fridge, you could extract the other half into syringes to freeze rather than the vial.
