i go a few inches lower than that but everyones groove is different , the main thing is to find the groove that is best for you . to many of the young guys just do what someone tells them or copy the biggest bencher they see you have to experiment in the gym to find the proper hand spaceing ,groove,deadlift style,etc. for yourself .In-Human said:BB, When I do RGBP I like to bring the bar just below my Pecs...

pullinbig said:there is very little flat raw benching in training for a shirt human. in fact there is zero cept for a couple of warm ups. its all baord work, rack work and shirt work, the shoulders are spared on all these movements.
