questions about using T3

So ive been cutting for a while and im around 10% or so and its slowed down a lot. ive been using 8mg albuterol/200mg caffeine 3x daily along with a keto diet and cardio several times a week.

for gear im cruising on 125mg test E/week.

ive been thinking about adding T3 to try to get down to sub 8% but ive heard that you need more gear to keep from burning muscle.

i dont think i will use more than 50mcg split throughout the day and ill add 50mg tbol/day. will this be enough to prevent catabolism?

also, how should i approach the diet? im way too sensitive to carbs and keto generally works best for me but i have trouble getting below 10%.

im assuming you mean 150mg a week. and even so thats a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose, what the fuck is the point of that when your body can do that itself.

dont go full keto, i would suggest a lo gi carb for breakfast and a hi gi carb immediately post work out. then you can continue keto if you wish
 
Why would you run 15mg of test a week? i sure hope you mean 150mg, since your body produces more then 15mg a week of test naturally.
 
also need to make sure your having a cheat meal every few days. cardio should only be HIIT if your going to do it. cardio is proven to lower your metabolism, by taking away muscle mass and increasing cortisol issues within the body.

research it, charles poliquin and paul chek have alot of info on this. i had the same problem as you. when i eliminated cardio the problem went away
 
150mg would be okay with 50 t3 but you wont build much muscle, you should up your cals, pro especially. 24 alb is good enough
