Quick question guys??

Im just wondering while bulking and on test e cycle,am i better to work each muscle group just the once a week? or am i better to hit them twice a week!!! I dont wanna overtrain but at same time I wanna get best outta the gear and strength and giv them the best i can!!!

i found if your training properly I like my week rest in between muscle groups, I see no reason to train a body part twice a week(unless underdeveloped ina certain area). Take the time to rest and eat properly
 
one heavy day, one light day rest, repeat, worked the best for me and ill tell you why. If I work out every body part once a week and work/family screws me out of a leg day im screwed. If I miss an upper body day there is so much crossover I dont lose much if anything. Miss squats/Deads for two weeks and im hurting. Of course im in my 40"s so maybe it goes quicker than you.
 
I'd follow the advice of training once a week. The only muscles i'd consider hitting more than once would be, like right pumped said, under-developed areas or even small groups such as calves and biceps. Watch the arms though, you can still overtrain them, just gauge them accordingly.
