Quick Question Here

Musclebound bookworm..
I am currently on a Mon, Wed, Fri schedule. Well I have had a cast on my wrist for about a month and haven't been able to workout. I worked out fine on Monday with minimal loss of strength. Well today is Wednesday and I am SORE! Now in the "highly acclaimed" (lol) video Pumping Iron, Arnold Schwarzenegger states that only those who have the bravery to workout even though their muscles hurt are the only people that grow. So will I be hurting anything by working out today??? Or is The OAK correct?? I think I could tough my way through it but I don't want to lose any gains.

What does the workout look like? What did you work Monday? What do you want to work today and Friday?

and you believed arnie? well, goodluck with that.
hurting or muscle soreness is not a definite sign of muscle growth.
tkae for instance my shoulders, they don't hurt after I work them out but still they grow.
but still, up to ya dude..

If it were me and i was just starting back after an injury and after a month off, i would wait till Friday and see how i feel, especially if i were doing total body.
