I'm sorry, but I call bullshit on this. I somehow doubt these studies take into account people that have existing mental stability issues (lets face it, I'm sure a lot of people using steroids have self image, and probably personality issues), and they're administering them in an extremely controlled environment. In the real world, shit happens that may cause your hormones to fluctuate causing a drastic mood change. Feeling weak causing inward anger perhaps turning into outward anger?.. if that makes any sense.
I don't believe in the term roid-rage. When people talk about roid-rage, they're talking about people losing their minds and snapping aggressively for little or no reason.
To say that steroids cannot cause increased aggression is a joke. You are fucking with your hormones. Your hormones can easily dictate your mood, cause you to become temperamental.
I went into steroid use telling myself there is no reason for me to get angry, because roid rage is bullshit. I have never once snapped. HOWEVER, and this is a big however, I catch myself getting uppity and angry about things that shouldn't bother me. My fuse is much shorter. I can feel it coming, so I just try to let it go, or walk away.
