rapid growth, least side effects

Hi, I'm 19 years old looking for some rapid muscle and weight gains. I've heard deca and testosterone are good. I was wondering if you could help me out with what to buy. I'm pretty new at this and the most I've ever taken is testosterone booster. I would really appreciate responses. Thanks.
 
Way too young. Your natty test is through the roof and will be for a few more years. You need food and proper training not gear.
 
I know you don't want to hear it but you should really wait until your around 25. You could mess your system up pretty bad if you cycle before your body is done growing. Not only will it be safer but you will far more knowledgable of what to take how and when, but your body will be ready for it if you start lifting now. I know quite a handful of friends from when I was your age who started jabbing who are paying for it bad right now. Yeah, they got big but were uneducated and their body just wasn't ready for a hit like that. I know it may be hard to push these long term effects aside but you should really think twice about starting so young. Do some research on what gear can do to someone who cycles to early and hopefully you wil take a different approach :)

Creatine. Protein shakes. BCAA drinks. That stuff should at least help you out a little bit especially if your diet is lacking slightly. From personal experience though AVOID the "natural" test boosters and crap like that at your age. I'm about 99% sure its how I started going bald at 20... and I'm only getting balder as the days go by.

Stronger than Creatine...wow does anything like that really exist?? JK man. If you want to grow the advice above is your best bet. EAT EAT AND EAT and lift heavy weights. That doesn't mean eat shitty all the time either. It means eat alot of good calories and good proteins and good carbs. Check out the diet forum on here, tons of good info. If your fairly new to working out you really should see some decent gains just from eating properly and working out. Your at the age where everyone wants to be. Your natural levels are at the highest point. Good luck to you and don't get injured. Stretch often and make sure your lifting properly. Take care.
 
Listen to these guys there right. I have a friend that started doing gear at 19 and is now around 26 and has to use viagra and all types of shit because he wasnt careful with himself. Plus I know when I was your age my diet wasnt right training and I always thought that the cycle would be the thing to make my arms pop out to 18 inches like nothing. If you need help they have people here (3J) who can help you. I have someone in my area that I started with mine and its made a world of difference and given me a lot more insight to my macro's
 
you can gain 2lbs a week pretty clean with the natty levels your producing at your age.. but thats completely predicated on your diet.. you dont need gear.. you need a diet..

dont go spending money on something that is going to do you no good

Settle down bud, none of that stuff is any good. Just have discipline, hit those weights hard, and concentrate on your diet.

My favourite supp as a natty, and between cycles, has been Gaspari Size-On. You might give that a shot. I always put on size/strength with Size-On.

These guys have told you what you need to do. It really is about the food you eat, the intensity of your training and getting sufficient rest for repair and growth.
You really don't need to be looking at supplements, save your money, taking all sorts of stuff won't miraculously grow you a muscular body over night.

Even though I'm a girlie telling you this, it's still the truth :)
 
The one true reason not to take steroids yet is because your growth plates may still be open. I've never seen any proof that steroids permanently damage the hpta with PROPER pct. As long as your done growing your hpta will bounce back just fine. As others ssaid though, you still need to make sure your diet and training is on point before you think about steroids.

Right. but the weight he will put on wont be all muscle of course. If he wants "weight" and doesn't care about body composition....

then that is his ticket to be a fat ass, unless he has the rare elitist genetics that is not common.

Natty he should just...sllllightly above maintenance if he wishes to accrue mostly LBM....which is his best bet as extra fat will just be harder to lose without muscle....

If the kid was a teenage bodybuilding sensation with contracts etc... on the line...thats one thing....but so far based on his post --- clearly NOT READY!

I agree with everything else in your post but really? You've never seen anyone that have permanently damaged their HPTA with proper post cycle therapy (pct)? Oh lowwwwdy, hopefully one of the guys on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) will chime in here lol
 
Thanks again for your help guys. I've been working out for a while but unconsistent. I currently am 5'9 and weight 150. I have a really fast metabolism which makes it harder for me to gain weight, especially since I'm very active through the day. I play sports which gives me a pretty muscular body. I am just looking for a little booster to add on to my diet and workouts to help me reach my muscle weight goals.
 
Dude your 150 pounds. I don't care how fast your metabolism is. Your not eating enough. U think you are but your not. Its simple as that
 
I've met one person in my entire life who really had the metabolism to eat non stop and be a hard gainer. Everyone else just though they were and didn't eat enough. He drinks big red non stop and eats an average of an entire pizza a day on top of all the usual clean weight gain stuff, and he is 6' 143 lbs. I told him he still could if e trained right and ate cleaner, but he just can't stomach the food. Unless your eating so much brown rice and chicken six times a day you feel like you're going to throw up, you aren't eating enough or right. When I was 14 I was 6' 255, and i ended up a 6'4" 285 lb senior, I had to eat like crazy because my natural test was high. Now that it isn't, it much harder. If I could go back to your natural levels and metab I would in a second.
 
Thing is bro, there's no getting around learning how to diet.
Even if you do end up getting on AAS (which I advise against), it'll do little to nothing w/o proper lifting and more importantly dieting...
As has been said over and over, get that diet and training in check, and you will really be surprised at the gains you can make naturally...
