week 1-6 25mg dbol

week 1-10 750mg test enanthate

week 1-9 600mg equipoise

week 11 1000iu hcg then E4G after for a total of 5 shots

week 11-13 40mg nolvadex

week 14-16 20mg nolvadex

with arimidex in case of gyno

if you have any comments or recommendations i would greatly aprechate it

PCT start timing is off. You need to wait 2 weeks after last test e inject.

Can't comment on anything else without knowing your stats and cycle history....

my last cyclt i did was

week 1-6 dbol

week 1-10 500 cyp

week 1-10 300 deca

and aparently the wrong post cycle therapy (pct)

i gained about 30 lbs kept around 15

this wat 1.5 years ago i had only been training for about 1 year i got a little gyno i took femara for it got rid on it in a hurry i had alot of water retention my ankles swelled right up

im 24 5'9 180 about i dont know how much body fat i still have a 6 pac

i agree but i also dont like to see eq run less that 10-12 weeks .he could take the extra test left over from just running 500 mg a week and continue it out to 12 weeks or so and extend the eq at least 1 or 2 weeks.

the bottles of en i have are 250mg/ml 10ml bottle if i run 500 thats 5 weeks per bottle if i want to go longer then 10 weeks so i get the benifits from the eq i would get another bottle that would take me to 15 weeks or would i stop with some left in my last bottle.
if im lowering my en would i lower my eq or leave it at 600 thoes bottles i have are 300mg/ml 10 ml bottle

run the eq 10 weeks at 600 mg [ 2 vials/bottles] and the test 11 or 12 weeks

Have you considered lengthening to 14 weeks or so. From what I have read EQ should be run in a longer cycle length. Many recommend frontloading the EQ as well.
I am starting a very similar but adding var at the end and running for 14 weeks total. 500 test, 400eq

dude, fuck dbol. thats why your ankles swelled up, it happened to me too. that stuff is bad news, your cycle looks good with what these guys suggested. dbol is bad on everything. instead of dbol try 50 mgs ed of patience.
