Hey, been using this diet for the past few days and wondering what you guys think of it.
My goal is to gain muscle and mass, as I hate how skinny I am.

Stats

6ft
18
140lbs
BF: Not sure, just really skinny with no real muscle showing.

Diet

Oats
500ml Milk

Bread
Chicken Fillet

Pasta
Tuna Roll

Sausage Roll
Wheatabix
Banana

Mass Gain Shake
500ml Milk

Brown Rice
Banana
Mass Gain Shake
500ml Milk

*atleast 2L of water daily.

drop all that bullshit. you need 6-8oz of meat and a low GI carb with every meal, at least 6 a day. Shakes if you can't eat on time, and as much veggie as you like. In the morning eat eggs as your protein if you like.

And have a cheat meal every other day.
 
I've seen girls eat more than that.

Here, eat this:

Morning:
1 cup oats, 1tbsp PB, 1 banana
1 cup egg beater omelet with cheese

Post-workout:
1 cup milk
2 scoops whey protein

Lunch:
1 - 2 cups brown rice
8oz chicken

Snack:
Salad with some chicken

Dinner:
Lean steak
1 Large Sweet Potato
Veggies

Snack:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop PB

Sleep, rest, repeat.

You definitely have to eat a lot more than that to put on some muscle!
