Heya I am 33yr old female that had to get total hysterectomy 1 1/2 yrs ago. I have gained 40lbs in even with exercising and watching calorie intake. I had blood work done and my dr. said I had "normal estrogen lvls but very very low testosterone so I currently take estrodol but my symp/weight hasn't changed. I did notice I have been less tired, and most symptoms have improved. I have read some women are now using steroids to help with menopause. My husband is a bb and suggested I go try Anavar.

My question is what can I do to move this plato that Im stuck in!

Thanks for helping me out

Welcome Nayssa :)

Did u go Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) after you hysterectomy ?
How's your diet & training ? most times the problem with weight gain after a hysterectomy lies with the diet/training.

Post what your diet/training looks like now so we could give u better advise, most likely you need to tweak it to get out of you plato.
