hello guys im max 26, 1.83x 83 around 13% bf.....
my first cycle was:
week 1-10 400mg t400 (sustanon) / 0,5 arimidex EOD
week 4-10 30mg win (oral) - 1000 ui weekly hcg - injecting TAD (glutatione) 2x week and taking some NAC/SILY (liver protection)
week 12-16 50clom-40 nolva 50-40 50-20 50-20
my diet was on point- very clean whitout eating shit---workout was 4-5 xweek
i started cycle at 11% bf and i was 77kgs. end cycle i was around 13% at 88 kgs. i had bad time in pct progress....i lost my concentration and i was mind weak..so i started eating shit and my workouts was less and bad. after pct i fell and injuried my leg so i was immobile for 3 weeks....i re-started working out and eating clean for 3 months and now im back. ready for the second cycle.
my idea was to do a clean mass cycle, not a crazy bulking one (i hate to see myself over 13% bf) so i was thinking about a 8 week test (500-600 mg) cycle....just dont know which coumpound to add....i wanna spend 2 words on oral win....maybe it helped me to stay lean during the cycle whitout getting too much water...but thats all! no muscle hardness and a little vascularity improvement......maybe 30 mgs daily is too less? CAN YOU GUYS HELP ME PROGETTING MY 2 CYCLE? some advice?
