realistic gains

ok so im 20 years old 6' 163. i torn my shoulder labrum last year and just got surgery for it 2 months ago. ive finally got back to the gym to work my legs and abs. what is a realistic time frame to get up to 190lbs only working legs with a good diet?

lol, but seriously bro - that sucks about your shoulder. How long are you out for? When can you start working out the rest of your body?

It's honestly gonna be tough to gain 27lbs just working legs. I don't think anyone could give you a "time line" for something like that.

haha ya i mind being fat. probabaly going to be out for another 7 months at the very least and that will be at very light weight. i was maxing at 280lbs bench before this and doubt i could do 100lbs in another 7 months, frustrating to say the least.
 
i have had the same sugery 4 times man. 2 on each shoulder. it took me years to get over it. just dont overdo it, or you will be back in the OR...trust me. i dont see you gaining that much just working legs man.

damn man 4 times! that sucks. this one ended up taking 7 screws. and the hardest part is that it does feel better but everyone has been telling me to ease into it so thats what im trying to do, havnt touched a weight with it so far.
how long would you say till i can lift with it?
is it ever going to be 100%?
