Really hard gainer, also sensetive.. Need help!

Hi.. Im 33 years old 5"9" and have a naturel weight of 11 stone. Im a really hard gainer can put 6000 cals in a day and dont put a pound on! (On the up side i always look ripped no matter what i eat)
Train hard, heavy as i can 6/8 reps 5 days a week! Tried juice 10 years ago, did it for 18 months and gained 2 stone of lean muscle mass BUT im super sensetive!!! Acne, and ive already had my bitch tits removed even with using tamox and novladex.. So thinking about trying one last time on a really low dose?
I was gonna try 250mg sus and 200mg deca every other week over a longer cycle.. Is this pointless???
 
Yeah, it's completely pointless until you learn how to eat properly. I'm sorry man, but 154lbs at 5'9" (I HATE when you guys use stones and I have to convert :mad: ) tells me that you really need to focus on nutrition long before you mess with your hormones. Not saying I don't believe you, but I'm literally TWICE your size and have problems putting down 6,000kcals. I'd honestly check out the diet section and put up your diet there to see where you're having your shortcomings.

That'd be one hell of a medical condition if at those stats 6000calories did t gain you any weight. Chances are you're either overestimating your intake, not accurately measuring portion sizes, not counting calories, etc.

Who knows. Maybe he's got a cow out back, milks it and drinks like 3000 calories worth of milk everyday?

Thinking about drinking that much milk just made me throw up a lil. :Puke:

I can honestly say I have consumed that much per day, but I'm a little bigger than the Average Joe and once your stomach allows you to eat that much food, you get fat REALLY fast if you don't keep up with the exercise! :spin:
 
I've always wondered how those morbidly obese people on those TLC specials were able to down 30,000 calories in one day, even if most of it was fried.
 
I remember way back going for supper at swiss chalet, wwf was in town for a show and Yokozuna came in for a bite to eat. You should have seen the food he ordered, 2 whole chickens, 6 racks of ribs, pretty much a bucket of mash potatoes, etc etc... I'm sure he ate that 30,000 cals in that one sitting
 
C'mon man every hard gainer eats 6000 cal/day.

I have to eat 3500 cals just to maintain :(
but I work my ass of im hopin it changes when im back in school next week :D

and yea 6000 cals is hard to believe I was eating 5000 when I was 125 (went from eating like once every other day to 5000... walking up a set of stairs would kill me!!!) and I was living off of scholarships so I made sure I ate every hour... I highly doubt u eat 6000 cals unless you don't have a job or any reason to leave the house

edit*** btw when I was eating 5000 cals I gained A LOT of weight btw till I dropped it because my heart kept hurting. And I consider myself a hard gainer!!!

I have been at 8k calories a day trying to maintain 320 in 105 degree heat training 4 hours a day.

You want to kill youself for the fullness feeling and ass rawness from that much pooping.

Absolutely no fucking way you are taking in a consistant 6k at 150lbs natty.
