Rear Delts

SEMI LOGIC
Wassup check it out I know alot of people have this problem so some body with good advice speak up! My front and side delts rock but I am having abit of a problem getting my rear delts to catch up help me.



PAIN IS ONLY WEAKNESS LEAVING THE BODY!!
 
Try adding a 3-4 sets of bent over dumbell side laterals to your shoulder workout. It always seems to do the trick for me.
 
I don't work my rear delts directly anymore. They get hit pretty hard from heavy deads, bb rows, and rack pulls.
