Honestly I think carbs effect everyone differently. In my opinion I was a lot leaner when I was only eating 200g a day(veggies and oatmeal) than when I was in my peak weak for my show, and I was eating 50g then. Matt is a past drug addict that is now a steroid addict. He knows fuck all about training and dieting and his body is a clear indicator of his ignorance. You seem to be closed off from the majority of critique you receive Matt. What exactly are you trying to achieve by being on here if it's not to get advise to make progress? Are you just here to prove something? Maybe to yourself? To others? If you notice the people on this board are generally either about a) getting help/answers or b) giving answers/ help. What are you about? Other than trying to come across hard.
 
It wasn't so long ago that Matt said anyone under 200lb looked shit haha. Seems he's was right. Lucky for me I hit 215 and finished my cycle last week..... Just a nice cruise now. Oh and ample carbs throughout. Not been on here for a couple of weeks, but the old saying still stands. "You can't educate a dickhead"
 
It's not the fact I said people look like shit under 200lbs, my.point being.is when people use steroids at a low ass weight thinking it will help them put on some extra size, and yes it will to a point on a cycle ( water weight a bit of muscle ect, but when they come.off it's really really noticeable that the guy juices cause he shrivels right down to a pee stone once again
Myself.I don't have a problem.putting on size nor going on a extreme.cut, I can be as people say on here a so called fatty, but in return I can crank my.metabolism with absolutely no cardio and lean down to a good bf percentage
My.goalso as.of right now to lean down to get the abs popping again and get down to a good bf percentage and maintain for spring and summer.months, not.going to even consider bulking till Sept,.maybe possibly a lean bulk but nothing over 500 cals above matainance, plus it gives me a much needed break off tren as I am back on my cruise at 200mg/week
Again people's dieting approaches vary, some.do well.with carbs, other do better with less carbs, right now.I personally feel better without any carbs in me and veins ate starting.to pop which is a good sign

Well decided to add 3/4 cups white rice ( weighed cooked) pre/post workout
As.I noticed yesterday I.do.need that extra boost from.the carbs
And brings me roughly around 2500kcals
Will post my.diet tonight sometime
 
Ziegler first off I don't think my opinion is oh so holy but it's my fucking opinion lol. It's a forum and if you post your stuff people are gonna give there opinion. If you wanna cry like I'm being harsh that's not my issue. I'm actually trying to give good advice to help Matt out. I have no ill will so settle down. You on then to lol. In regards to gear I said trt for 6 months to figure himself out and learn how to build muscle better without all the superphysiological levels of drugs. Then after lots of time do a more mild cycle and build back up. My point is valid. Argue all you want. I know quite a lot of people who have average genetics and are completely natural and look wayyyyyyy better than Matt. That must tell you something. Matt you don't look bad I just feel if you took my approach after a few years you could truly be a specimen. All the best to you.

Ben had been more than helpful and when Matt then added carbs, the socialist piece was just some sarcastic jeering (of course everything he said made sense.)

I guess sarcasm doesn't always read as well as saying it haha.

no worries brother, yes carbs and so many other foods have been demonized and it sucks as alot of this leads people to take only supplements, vitamin pills, etc. and live their life that way but like alot of members have said here that supplements are supposed to supplement a diet not take over.
 
At least Mr Matt is taking advise from those that know what in the hell their talking about! AKA:Ben. For a while I thought he was just posting on here to share and take his own advise.;-)
 
No one probably cares about my opinion that is totally fine...but when i see that diet i think....boring as fuck...another word comes to mind..adherence...you just simply can't eat like that forever and enjoy the process...at least i cant... and yea eliminating carbs just seems silly... brain function, energy levels, gym performance, that is just 3 things carbs help with
