This is my first attempt at recomp, and anything other than a bulk. (Involving gear)
I only have so much to work with food wise, but can make anything work.
What's a good macro to follow on training, and rest days for a recomp?
I've been logging much of the food at the chow hall in my notebook to get a better idea of what macros they have to offer. I can't exactly look at food labels, so it's a rough estimate. I'd use 3J, but I'm saving my already-deposit for when I'm back in the states, and can utilize his advice at the most.
