Recompasition AAS cycle recomendations

If I get down to about 240lbs (most likely with the help of prohormones), with a bf% in the high teens, and everything else looks good such as blood pressure, cholesterol and liver values... What would be a good 1st AAS cycle/stack program with a recomp in mind?

Im talking about length of cycle, and compounds. Im sure test enanthate is goin to be the base of this cycle. Id like to see me trading a good 20lbs more of bodyfat for 20lbs of muscle.

Well I am of the opinion that you lean out first and then run a test e cycle alone for your first time.
I mean if you only have 20 pounds, do 3 hours of cardio a day for a month with a protein based, no processed food diet and then start your cycle.
You'll be better off if you concentrate on losing fat first even if you lose muscle in the process. You'll gain the muscle back while on cycle, you wont look all bloated while on cycle which you'll enjoy looking in the mirror which will motivate you with training and diet.
Its just hard in my experience to do that transformation, Ive tried, separating out the two maximizes the results. And 20 pounds of fat is not that hard to lose on restricted calorie and two 1.5 hour cardio sessions a day. Get it over and done with and enjoy your cycle which will transform you in a better way if you are leaner for your first cycle
Also save your money, prohormones are shit, anyone that says otherwise is either deluded with a placebo effect or selling them or otherwise got some stake in promoting them.
Spend your money on the hormones, you dont need anything to drop fat except a bit of drive and time to do cardio. Watch tv on the treadmill at the gym

Helluva of spartan regiment. Ill take into consideration the test enath. only cycle for my 1st run. I dont know about the prohormone input, ive had positive experiences with them before and I want to use what ive got. You know, exhaust my current stash.

I hear ya, I just hate seeing peeps spending money on prohormones rather than real hormones that work a bazillion times better.
I have a stash of T3, clen, hgh Fragment etc...
They arent prohormones but I probably wouldnt buy them again but use them for the same reason rather than tossing them.

THe test E cycle is my favorite, its cheap and works for everyone. I have 450 vials brewed up, a liftetimes worth lol.
But starting out with 2-3 compounds doesnt really let you get a baseline knowledge of how test alone works and feels, after awhile you can add or delete compounds to your cycles to see what works best for you, that would be much harder without a test only knowledge of your first cycle.

Now, in my experience, its hard to transform but its not impossible as I have done it. Although when I did it, I had muscle memory from previous cycles, alot of it, to draw upon. So six days a week, 1.5 hours full incline on treadmill before 8 am (before work) and in the evening do 1 bodypart for 8-12 sets and thats it, heavy, til failure.
Do 1 workout per bodypart per week.
Cardio would be done every day and if you can squeeze in another 30 minutes of cardio to an hour in the evening after the weightlifting. That just accelerates the transformation.

Diet would be esentially protein, protein protein, some veggies, limit carbs.

It makes it harder to transform rather than leaning out first, but if you got the time and motivation. You can do it and quickly. Just most people dont have the discipline to do that much cardio and strenthtraining and diet. Thats my usual workout btw so it can be done. I am 280 @ 6'4" and in great conditioning. I also take a gram of test e a week

Good luck

Thanks for the input UOduck. Im starting to want to run a test enathate cycle only for about 20 weeks, with the option of adding in some stuff down the road (mid-cycle). I do like the sound of the rigorous regim as well, lots of cardio, heavy lifting, and clean eating.

Cant go wrong with a strict regime. Take photos every day and you got your gig going. Test e is easy, easier than a 3 dollar whore and wont bite your nose off neither. Take a photo every day and you'll have a good few months.
Its not rocketsciencsce mate, *yeah rocketsciensce is mispelled for a reason*

Good luck, and if strict, you can achieve anything, extraordinary things are done by ordinary people with an extraordinary amount of determination. Good luck, but if you have the will, you wont need luck, you will have it all
