recovery from ASIH..

First off I did a AAS cycle at 17 and another cycle at 19, I had a poor post cycle therapy (pct) (just Nolva). At 20 years old now I have low testosterone levels of 203 ng/DL and 213 ng/DL my endocrinologist put me on clomid 50mg for 5 days , bw results showed TT of 207ng/DL on day 6 after the clomid. My Endocrinologist told me I would have to go on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life, which I could not believe was my only option..

So I did my research and found a doctor who is on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and has been through this before somewhat..he put me on clomid 25 mg EOD for 3 weeks and tested my TT levels again and they came back at 429 ng/DL! My free test levels were 104.2 pg/ml (40-240) and estradol is 20 pg/ml (10-60), free T3 was 1.3ng/dl (1.8-4.6) free T4 was 1.3ng/Dl (0.7-1.8) I know that they are not staying at 429 but it shows im not completely fuckedd ,Which was a small relief. He feels that I have a high chance of recovering and possibly getting my levels back to a steady 700 or 800 ng/dl .

I am now going to get a perscription for HCG with Dilvent 11,000 unit vial (4 vials) all together,

My protocol will be :
Week 1: 4000iu's hcg m/w/f
Week 2: 3,500iu's hcg m/w/f
Week 3: 3,000iu's hcg m/w/f
Week:4: 2000iu's hcg m/w/f
All with clomophine citrate 25mg everyday till end of protocol.

Also he told me to take SAMe 200mg ED and DIM enhanced natural estrogen blocker.

I'm posting this to show if I can restart my natty testosterone and show everyone if ASIH and hpta shutdown can be reversed... FU*K going on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for the rest of my life..
Guys with experience please Lett me know if you guys think I am in a good spot considering where I was 3 months ago

That's rough. I wish I had anything to offer, but I don't. I think you're doing the best thing possible by following a Doctors advice and not trying to self medicate. Please keep us informed. I wish you the best and want to hear how it goes.

I will ask one thing of you, PLEASE stay involved with the board and share your experience with all of the young kids that come here looking for advice.

Thanks , I'll be sure to inform everyone about this protocol and if it is a success. With all blood work results as well
 
Very interesting. Good luck. Looks like you're on the right track. Do you feel better once the clomid bumped you up to 400?
 
Finished my road to recovery and my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) restart protocol.unfortunately it was a FAIL,
My lab can back at 345 TT
This protocol made me feel great but didn't work ..Iv come to the point where my last option is to start testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) ..
I've spent over 4 months and 2000$ trying to recover but I could not recover. i am just posting this to let others know that this protocol didn't work out.. and to stay the fuck away from streriods at a young age. Or you will regret it for ever

That's really shitty... Here's a true story kids, as to why you don't start at a young age.
You also can't regret anything you did in the past. You could look on the plus side of things... You'll have grade A testosterone!
 
ive used clomid for months. a little more emotional but its exaggerated.

did you get an MRI?
you should have run clomid for months EoD at 25mg. 2-3 weeks isn't enough for your situation. more like 6months to years.

don't give up yet bro BELIEVE ME there's hope.

No MRI because all 3 of my docs told me that I had no symptoms of a tumor or anything in my blood work , but they did do a ultra sound on my testicles and all seemed fine..and I was on clomid for a total of 7 weeks @ 25 mg EOD..I wasn't only on it for 3 weeks.
 
Damn I hate to hear that I had a similar thing with a ph back in highschool not as bad I eventually recovered but I did miss out on a 4 some with 3 bitches 2 of witch were foreign exchange students from New Zealand. On the bright side you'll be looking good taking trt
