i was thinkinking it was the spanish word for nicotinamide..

BTW- Nicotinamide is known as vitamin b-3. i believe it is just a slow release version of Niacin. so the niacin flush would not be as bad.

niacin is also good for cholesterol levels. maybe this is an advantage to reffies?
