I apologize for starting a new thread over this, but has anyone else experienced delays through Researchology lately? I placed an order on Nov 10th and it's still pending.

Canada Customs has been a real pain in the ass of late, that could be the reason.

I'll try the e-mail route though.

not had any problems with customs

but I assume it hasn't been shipped yet else you'd have a tracking number

I placed an order early last week. No report of it being shipped out yet. But I'm not in Canada anyways. I sent an email to that address earlier today, we'll see what happens.

Anyhing special I need to know about recieving this?
