Researchology site problems??

I tried to place an order today with researchology and when I went to the final check out I got this message.

The following errors have occurred.
(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

I tried to make the order on two differnt computers, thinking it might be my computer issue, but I got the same message each time. Anyone know about this or is it just a glitch??? I also tried the order last night and had the exact same problem.

I was having problems too, earlier in the week. I sent two emails to customer service and got no response so I order my goods from cemproducts.com I placed the order Tuesday and got the goods today, Saturday. I'm very happy.

I had trouble to. It's something to do with the feds trying to hack the secure server.

Placed an order

I placed an order on the 10th and it went through and i was charged but it still says pending. I emailed through the site and and from an email lion left on a message board but have heard nothing back.

I also placed an order on 5 Oct says pending I emailed customer service twice no answer.........this is the 1st time I ordered and since its all over the forum figured it to be ok. What s up

Lion has not got back to me in a couple days which is very weird as he would usually call me back within a day. It has now been 4 days of leaving messages for him. i suspect he may be in some legal trouble. We have taken down his banners for the time being until this all gets sorted out.
