Returning to the ology after many years

Hello everyone, just wanted to drop in and re introduce myself. I was around on the ology back in 2012-2014 and stepped away for many years to focus on some real life things and now that my everything is in order im back and will be actively participating in the community!

gear has changed a bit since you where last here. Did you cycle while you where away?

Currently not cycling i haven't for any of the time I've been away.

Im working on my fitness foundation again and when im confident in my knowledge on what has changed over the years I will be jumping right back in.

As for my old user name it was Canadian something, I cant remember my user name for the life of me and it came from an email long since gone.
