Reverse reaction to HCG restart

I began my restart with T levels at 466. It's been four weeks of using HCG at 1500ius ew and 1mg of arimidex. My levels were tested this past week and came back at 367. The plan is to try another 4 weeks of HCG at 3000ius ew and 1 1/2mg ew.

I have e2 results due in on Monday

I'm so using a tri-blend of peptides during this process. Ghrp2 & ghrp6 & semerolin.

Any thoughts on this?

I'm 34. I used aas from about 23-26. I have issues with high cholesterol. I'm trying to restart because of issues related to low T. In the past year I've brought my t levels from the high 100's to a recent high in the mid fours through natural treatment. I wanted to try the restart to see if I could give my system a kick start.

1 month Aromasine 12.5mg ed and nolva 10mg am and pm From RUI. And a test booster too.

E2 started at 20.9 (7.6-42.6).

Clomid will start and nolvadex will start phase two which will be after the HCG.

E2 looks too low and TSH looks too high. Have you looked into potential hypothyroidism? That could be suppressing your TT.

Holy triglycerides!!!

Carefull with all this adex...
You might be knocking estradiol too low.
Its not the dose....
Your body can only make so much Test from HCG....
Doubt 3 k a week will raise T that much more.
You'll get more estradiol sides etc with doses that high.

Hypothyroidism has popped up but I've always looked more into secondary and primary hypogonadism. Especially since my Endo suggested that I was secondary.

Is it safe to say that if a restart doesn't work then I can take secondary off the table?

What should an ideal estradiol level be at?

There are lots of guys with Secondary Hypogonadism that do not have successful restarts. Restarts do not always work. In fact, they often do not work.

E2 on the sesitive estradiol assay ideally should be between 20-40pg/ml. The regular assay, which you had done, is often 10-20 points overstated which means you are likely really sitting at 0-10pg/ml.

Megatron28 is right. Basically all that clomid, HCG stuff to ramp up endogenous T is mostly effective while you run it.
Once you stop either of those agents you slowly return to your baseline T levels.
Shir you hear the odd guy that might be able to maintain his T levels off that stuff for maybe up to a year. Lots of times hard training etc will lower T levels even after a successful restart.
A guy named cashout (who restarted and shared his successful results with us) could restart to 800 TT but his levels would lower to the 500's after he trained hard in the gym for a while.

Kinda lost you on this ^^^^

There are different assays for testing estradiol. One is more sensitive is more accurate when E2 is in the low end of the range. The other one is less accurate and generally overstates results. You had the innacurate one done.
