So I was doin some leg presses a couple weeks back. didn't have much weight on there, maybe like 7 plates per side, and out of no where during my second set i felt my rib pop
It hurt pretty bad, but not so much that I couldn't finish the set, or the workout, or take any days off. Its still soar to the touch, and hurts when I bend/breath heavy but its getting better...
